Return Process

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

  Securely pack your unworn items with original tags in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy mailer, ensuring the return packing slip is included inside.

  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your return within 7-10 business days of receipt.
